La Quinta Beach Resort (LQB), Aruba
Interval International
My sister was deeded a timeshare in Aruba about 10 years ago from her brother-in-law and has used it and paid the maintenance fees up until now. She and her traveling partners are in their 70's and have deteriorating health so they can no longer travel. What is the easiest way to get rid of the timeshare? What happens if she just stops paying the maintenance and membership fees?
