What happens to my home resort weeks reserved arriving September 9 for 2 weeks if I cancelled today?
My check in date is Sept 9 that's like 30 days from nowManual exchanage 60 days in advance of check in.
Week is good for 2 years
What they mean is 60 days or less before check-in.My check in date is Sept 9 that's like 30 days from now
If deposit tomorrow, it will expire in 2 years.I meant flexchange limits you to booking 60 days or less before the check in date of your exchange.
So if you deposit tomorrow you can only exchange for a trip beginning tomorrow through 60 days into the future (August /September)- you can’t book for later than that.
Each day you can book one more day into the future.
Also flexchange is Manual exchange only, no requests.
Just wondering, can I move my weeks to another week later this year?
So I can then if there is availability. It is only one season Hawaii weekLikely would be subject to availability if it falls within the season you own (i.e. Gold, Silver, Platinum, etc.).
.
Only via exchanging through Interval International. You can't change the reservation with MVC inside the 60 day window.Just wondering, can I move my weeks to another week later this year?
Is the week enrolled in the Abound (Destinations) points program?I have never deposited this in II. Is this ownership automatically in my II membership or I have to go thru MVC to deposit to II. Thank you
Do you already have an independant II account that you pay the annual membership fee for? If so, you can add it to that account and deposit. If not, you need to create a new II account. No it is not.
If you are less than 60, no. Moving is a cancel and book so if you can’t cancel you can’t move.Just wondering, can I move my weeks to another week later this year?
Do you have any friends or family who could use the week you booked? Or consider renting your weeks? No it is not.
I have an account with II. It was never our intention to exchange or deposit the week. There is a last minute unavoidable circumstance that came up that's why I am stuck cancelling the last minute. I will not have given up a Hawaii weeksDo you have any friends or family who could use the week you booked? Or consider renting your weeks?
I ask because exchanging an unenrolled week through II can get expense, especially if you don’t have an account yet.
II membership fee is $100
And exchange fee is $229 (less to other abound properties- $184?) so x2 for 2 weeks
And with the late deposit flexchange you will probably have a hard time matching the value of your HI weeks- there will be limited availability and you will need to book your airfare without much notice.
I do have one. I have to call II to do that then? Thank you so much! I am sad but it is what it isDo you already have an independant II account that you pay the annual membership fee for? If so, you can add it to that account and deposit. If not, you need to create a new II account.
Call MVC or you might still be able to deposit from your MVC account- I’ve never made a late deposit so I’m not sure.I do have one. I have to call II to do that then? Thank you so much! I am sad but it is what it is
