if you use up all 3 retrades, can you add another e-Plus? Or perhaps do a full fee retrade then add ePlus a second time?

I don't believe you can do a full fee retrade and add ePlus again. However, if you cancel after the 3rd ePlus retrade, you will get a cancellation replacement deposit that expires in a year (it may be a sooner expiration than the original deposit). With the replacement, you can place an ongoing search or manually search and add ePlus after confirming. You lose the brand discount and will have to pay the full $239 exchange fee and new $89 ePlus fee. Any unit size upgrade fees paid will carry over to replacement.

I know for regular full fee retrades, you can add Eplus. In this scenario the first trade didn't have Eplus and the 14 days to add it had expired. When doing a retrade we were able to add Eplus. I suspect you can add it again but don't know 100%.
