Can the Ritz Carlton "timeshares" be exchanged into via II?

I see on the MVCI site under destinations -> mvc resorts that each Ritz is coded as E, meaning exchange resort. In my Interval book, I can find no Ritz. On the II site, could have missed it, but I find no Ritz. Curious as to why they are encoded E, clearly I am not understanding a key point! Additionally, on the MVC ownership levels chart, it mentions MVC exchange company to get into them.

So, is there a way to exchange into them or is it indeed only possible via points?

The E means it is exchange only in the DC point program. Meaning there aren't any weeks/shares/quarter shares in the Trust (T).
