Can Plus Points be combined with my regular points?

Current offer for an update is 500 Plus Points among other things. I’m new to MVC since I own Vistana. Wasn’t sure what to accept.
 
They can be combined with Abound points and even substituted into an exising reservations if one desires.
 
I’ve used up my points in a 2026 reservation at Crystal Shores. Not sure what I would do with another 500. My Vistana is only EOY.

Abound points were offered too.

I think you mean Bonvoy points were offered too? PlusPoints are a limited use type of Abound points.

You’re correct. What are the limitations. 30,000 Bonvoy points I get how to use them. How about 500 Plus Points? Is it 60 days and in?

I live so close to the desert that I could snag midweek nights easily. 500 could get me 3 nights vs. 1 average night with Bonvoy. But, I know the TS peeps love their restrictions.

Bonvoy points don't expire as long as you have activity in your Bonvoy account. the 500 PlusPoints will be good for 24 months. There are no 60 day or other restrictions for reservations at vacation club resorts.
 
I’ve got about half a million Bonvoy points so I think I’ll take the plus points. I’m slowly grinding out to lifetime platinum so nights count.

The Plus points are good for quite a while so you could potentially combine with future elections as well depending on whether you'd odd or even on your EOY and future plans.
 
Thanks for all the help. She said I could switch my bribe today at the meeting.
 
Finished up. Very friendly sales person. He could see I was a Vistana resale buyer. Closer came in and tried to get me to trade in my interest for Westin Flex for 26 grand. Then exit guy wanted me to buy 4 nights for $795 plus some points or golf or Visa card. Less than two hours and everyone was pleasant.
