Can I switch confirmed trade with another unit during Flex exchange?

I used my Marriott Mountainside 1 bedroom (Sat-Sat) to place a request with Interval for another unit (Sun-Sun) a while ago for Jan 25,2009. It just got confirmed today. I still have the studio part for the same date (Sun-Sun) that I kept with me as a backup in case the trade did not go through. Since it is Flex exchange period now, can I use the studio to get the 1 bedroom exchange and keep my original 1 bedroom with Interval?

If you are within the 24 hour cancellation timeframe for the confirmation, do the following
1 - grab the 1 bdrm week you see in flexchange with your studio
2 - call II and cancel the trade that was confirmed with your 1bdrm (can only be cancelled within 24hrs of confirmation)
3 - you should now have a confirmation for your studio and you should see your 1bdrm back in your acct
