NO ... depositing your weeks with an exchange company has YOU agreeing to THEIR RULES. You can NOT sell exchanges acquired via almost every exchange company in existence.
USE them or GIFT them to friends and family. And be sure YOU GIFT them .... not a little cash under the table.

Ditto to what Vacationhopeful said but I will add that now that you know these rules, watch out for one of the infamous scams out there where the scammers call owners and RCI members claiming they can rent out your deposited or bonus weeks fetching you thousands of dollars.
