Can Banked Points be deposited into RCI?

I'm trying to figure out my options for what to do with our 2025 points, we ended up with more weeks to trade in II than expected and so won't be able to use them in 2025.

We have 203,000 points, January Use Year. I understand we can only bank the points in the first three months and it says that once they are banked it is final, but I wasn't sure if that just meant we could not bank the same points again, but we could still deposit into RCI if we wanted?
