I am selling my Marriott Desert Springs II on Tug however, if it does not sell does anyone recommend a reputable, trustworthy company that can?

Looking at completed eBay listings it might not have much value. There are some listings where it sold for for $1, and some where it sold for over $1,000 but that was with a major reseller with lots of feedback. You can try Redweek or eBay, but you might need to consider whether you should just offer it for free with maybe buyer paying closing costs.

Value depends on the season. If it’s Platinum then it’s worth a few grand. Check RedWeek for comparables. What season do you own?

If it is a Red week (remember there aren't the normal Platinum, Gold, Silver at DSV), then you can probablyi list it on Redweek and get a few bucks for it. However, any other season and perhaps even Red season may now be worth $0. You can try and give it away for free in the Free Timeshares forum here on TUG. Use a closing company like LT Transfers to do all the paperwork.
