Can 3 stay in the lock off side at the Royals?

Lock-off occupancy

I spoke with ISCO, the Royal Resorts management company, about this within the past nine months. Their response was the listed occupancy numbers are for people 16 years or older. Therefore two adults with a child under the age of 16 would be acceptable.

the lockoff beds are doubles. Two adults can sleep in one ... most may not even think about it. but it's doable.

If sharing a double-bed is not an option, the Royals have roll-aways and cribs available. I *think* the roll-aways are for a 7th person (ok in some circumstances) in the whole 2-bedroom, but I'm not sure.

They refused to rent to some friends of mine that are owners who needed a lock-off for a few nights, it was them (husband and wife) and their 10 year old son. This was at the Royal Sands front desk!

Can the front desk actually rent rooms? I thought that rentals had to go through ISCO?

When we were there this past March, our friends needed a lock-off for one night. The worker at the front desk said that he could not rent them a room. He couldn't even give them the price of a room. They used the phone a the front desk to book a room at the Holiday Inn.

Sometimes as a favor, someone on the desk will provide a contact to an owner who has a unit/part unit for rent by the night.
