So I'm trying to call Hawaiian Airlines at 1-800-367-5230. I push 3 for Award reservations, enter my HA FF number, and the call gets routed to Chase Bank. I talk with the bank supervisor about booking a flight...she tells me that I have the wrong number. So I call back and don't enter my FF number, and the call still gets routed to Chase Bank, where the recording talks about ATM machines and change...

Anyone else trying to call HA today?!

You might try this number from their website:

HawaiianMiles Service Center:
Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. HST
U.S. Mainland, Canada and Neighbor Islands:
toll-free 1-877-HA-MILES (426-4537)
Fax: 808-838-6735

Thanks, I did try that number and was referred to the other number for award reservations.

The supervisor at Chase did say that they had been getting calls from HA customers for 3 days now and that it was costing them money with the toll-free charges and all that.

I don't know if you accidently transposed the number or not. This is reservations
Toll-Free: 1-800-367-5320

I just booked my tickets on-line. Worked great. Haven't tried the phone number.

I finally got through on that same number later yesterday. I know that I dialed correctly the first two times because of the HA greeting and the prompt to enter my HA FF number. It clearly must have been a telecom problem. Seems okay now. Thanks for the replies!

Just a follow-up. HA called me today to ask about my experience in calling and being routing to Chase Bank. They said that this had happened with a number of people starting last Thursday and was continuing today. They were trying to figure out what was going on, so they were calling numbers given to them by Chase Bank. The agent was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Wish I were flying HA to some island right now!
