Greetings Tuggers, and thanks in advance for your help! I am going to the Sea Aquarium in Curacao (CAN'T WAIT!!!!) in 12 days. :cheer:
I have sent an email and tried to call them to see if they will put my friends' names on the room (don't want to pay II the $45) but have not gotten an email back. Maybe I am dense, but I have not been able to call them.
If anyone knows, will you please give me detailed directions (i.e., dial 1 then 555 or whatever) on how to call them from the U.S.?
Also, does anyone know if Verizon works down there, and if so, is it $5 a minute as I suspect?

Not sure why you need to put your freinds name on the room if your going too we usally just ask for extra card keys deposit is $25 if i remember.
Phone service well i never turn mine on when i'm on vacation so cant help you there lol.

For calling you need to dial 011-5999-465-6699, for all this help you gotta tell us how the new patio furniture is lol we don't go until June.
Ask them about cell service that is the front desk they should be able to tell you.:wave:
 
Thanks Nickis, I will try that number! Friends are arriving 4 hours before I am so I thought it would be nice if they could check in before I got there and get settled......
I am a doc so I am stuck with talking to my office.
I will report on EVERYTHING.
What is your favorite restaurant? Favorite snorkel site?
I can't wait to see the dolphins!

We use the computer when away, there was a new steak house that opened but i cant remember its name they came and picked us up, also dropped off.nsome off the best snorkelling is just at local beaches take a drive around the other end off the island and just stop were looks good and dive in.
Also try Jan theil beach for pizza or dinner it is good. We have kids so we try to not go were we will interupt others which isn't always easy, they like to mess.
Food in Curacoa is hit or miss dutch food isn't really our thing but finding local fresh food is and it seems they don't eat local food lol.
There is a big grocery store close they supply a bus to it but driving is easy.
K-passa is a free event paper they will have them in the lobby usally brightly colored has some good tips in it.
Apparently since we were last there a new hotel casino has sprung up just up the street let us know about it.
