We just booked a week for July 2017. I read in some of the reviews here and on tripadvisor that people knew what unit they had. I asked RCI but they didn't know. We really want a higher floor (anything over the first).

Does anyone know their email address? It may be too soon to contact them now for next summer but I can give it a try.
