Hello, I am relatively new to MVC, but last year we were able to book a resort by looking at a calendar view of it's availability instead of having to search for a specific number of nights and a specific month. I can no longer find that calendar view option. Was it removed or am I just technologically challenged and can't find it? haha. Thanks for your help!

Are you trying to book weeks or club points?

You can still see the calendar view using points but only for one resort at a time and there has to be availability for one night in the way you're searching. Once you do a search you should get a list of resorts that match your search criteria and the ones with availability will give you a link to open. At that point you can see the calendar. You can either search by a specific day or for the entire month. You cannot see exactly which days are available otherwise like with DVC for example. Keep in mind that if there is a minimum stay requirement and your request doesn't conform, you will not see availability. So try different number of days if you don't see anything, it might be 2, 3, 4 or 7 most likely from what I've seen when applicable. Sometimes when you search it shows there is availability but when you get down to it, there is nothing to reserve. This happens with II as well at times.

You need to search by month and search for a 1 night reservation. It may not give you availability for longer reservations because there may be breakages and different unit sizes/views. You can use the filters on the right to filter for room sizes or views. As you can see from the screen shot below, there are one night reservations available for any checkin day that is in white. However, it may not necessarily mean there are four nights available checking in on the 13th or three nights on the 20th. Though there could be. You need to change the duration of your stay in the search to confirm.

Thank you so much-- this is helpful and now I've at least found the calendar! It makes sense that you need to only search for one night in one month where there is availability and then the calendar shows up. I am still a little confused on how it's working though. I am attaching two screen shots. In the first, it shows that the 7th of Jan 2025 is available for check in when I searched for just one night, but when I try to search more than one night the calendar goes away. Does this mean that literally only one night is available? And If so, I can't select the one night yet as I'm only a member, right? Thank you so much for your help!

Yes, it appears that only the one night is available. I can book it, it's a 2 BR portion of a 3 BR though I'm not sure what all villa types they have there.

The calendar also shows up if you search for more than one night. You just need to search by month. Just that the white dates indicate that there is availability for that date for the duration of the number of nights you are searching for.
