Cabo resort suggestions

Hi, daughter and her friend are thinking of going to cabo this summer vs riviera maya.
Is there any resorts that are not mandatory AI that you all recommend with a swimmable beach?
I have never been to cabo so have no idea what to try and book for her with RCI.
Appreciate any thoughts as to what is best.

Pueblo Bonito Rose fits swimmable beach and non mandated AI. A bonus is a resort bus that goes to their Sunset Beach resort ( my favorite but not swimmable) on the hour.

Next door to Rose is Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Beach Resort, also known as Blanco. Blanco and Rose are owned by the same company, so you get about the same location, same restaurant access, etc.

Yes, right next to each other, but I never see that one on RCI. Does it trade like the other Pueblo Bonitos?

As far as I know, yes. We traded in through RCI a few years ago.
 
All timeshare contracts at Blanco have expired so it is now just a hotel. I believe that 2020 was the year that the last contracts expired and it was then pulled from RCI.

Corazon Cabo (Cabo Villas) is right in the mix too Medano beach. and Casa Dorada is near Mango deck if they want “entertainment.”
 
Villa del Arco and Villa del Palmar are not mandatory AI. Both are on Medano Beach.
