EXCLUSIVE: Airbnb 'serial squatter' is seen for the first time inside landlord Sascha Jovanovic's Brentwood mansion - as MORE dubious legal battles are uncovered

  • Video obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com shows the first glimpse of [squatter] inside the Brentwood Airbnb she has been squatting in for 18 months
  • The 55-year-old can be seen wearing headphones and sitting at a tiny desk as she points her iPhone camera at landlord Sascha Jovanovic
  • More of her past legal battles have also emerged, including another dispute with a landlord in 2002 and her unsuccessful lawsuit over a manuscript in 2010

The next landlord has no excuses if they rent to her. Thanks to all this publicity, any Google search of her name would pull all this information up.

equally as guilty are the ambulance chaser attorneys who facilitate her doing this again and again.

todays civil legal system is a joke.

It is sad that this is allowed. If you do not pay you should be out on the streets or in jail. Communities should provide housing for the homeless if they want to support people who cannot pay on their own but not burden private citizens.

I am tired of deadbeats.

This is why I am no longer a landlord. I went through 2 evictions and did it the right way, The right way is a PITA.

Only two? A good year for me was two or less. I agree, it's a PITA. But at least my county makes it easier than most. The worst was the tenants who decided to try heroin during the pandemic. "We can't be evicted! Let's do drugs."

Well, yes, people COULD be evicted. But something that should have taken days took months.

It is too bad we have evolved past the ability to take care of evildoers properly. Too many are invested in protecting the criminals at every level.

We're pretty good at evictions so far. The trick is to rent to the right person so you don't need to evict and know the laws if you do.

Many years ago now, my mother had rental property in Hampton Beach, NH. Much of that property needs to be winterized/shut down and is only used in the summer. But she had a house that someone could live in through the winter. (Sentimentally a house she had babysat for as a teenager, she came to own and was renting). So... this guy rents from her. His girlfriend w/kids moves in. He moves out. She is not on the lease. It took the winter to get her out and my mother was not allowed to turn off the heat or water (which my mother paid). Some situations just unbelievable.
