Hello. I’m in St. Maarten for the first time, staying at Simpson Bay Resort and I like it here. As I prepare to retire I am considering purchasing 1 or 2 winter weeks. I love Aruba but it has become very expensive so I am considering purchasing here.

I would like a 2 br lock off unit (not mandatory), a waterview and easy beach access.

What resorts would you recommend?
Has this destination become more popular in the last few years?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
