I suspect I will be given low priority....so what Building/unit/view might I want to request for December?

Thanks

Posative attitude… you never know ❤️
I recently got upgraded to penthouse on an RCI exchange …. Keep the faith 👍

I don't think it matters much. If mobility is an issue, there are buildings without an elevator and even a couple where getting into ground floor units has a step. That is specifically the case for building 39. All of the buildings circle around the pool except 27 and 28. Those two buildings might have nicer views of the desert landscape. Here is the resort map and other documents that the resort provided us at checkin. They also send some of these prior to checkin. Especially their long list of rules. The residence club buildings are the ones at the top left.

Many thanks again, Dioxide.

I can see that #27 and #28 do not "...circle around the pool...", but isn't that true of 22 through 26 also? I don't know why anyone would want to be in 22 thru 26......22 seems most out of the way of everything.

Interesting numbering; no 29-35, and no 40, 41, 42

Is there traffic noise (N Alma School Parkway) that might want you to not choose 43, 44, 36???

22 through 26 are casitas for the nearby Four Seasons Resort (hotel). They are a different color. I should have mentioned that in my post. So you won't be placed in them. If I was staying at the hotel, I certainly wouldn't want those buildings. You won't be placed in those buildings for your stay at the Residence Club. I can't really speak to traffic noise from N Alma School Parkway as we were in building 38 for our stay. The rooms seemed pretty soundproof though.

As for missing numbers. I think there were supposed to be additional buildings built, but they never completed the buildout.

I was there a few years ago and I think that we were in bldg 27. It had a pleasant view of the desert landscaping. No complaints. We enjoyed going to the Jade Palace Chinese restaurant close by Pinnacle Peak.

I see that the resort "....has 44 Units...." that few??

With 8 total buildings (27, 28, 36, 37, 38, 39, 43, 44) that would be less than an average of 6 units per Building.

Are some of the buildings only 1 floor?

Please....do tell.....haha

I believe all of the buildings are at least two but most are three stories. Most of the buildings only have one or maybe two units on the top floor. I'll see what I can do to get my resort tour and villa tour videos out before your trip. I have all the video recorded from our trip, but editing takes a lot of time. I am currently recovering from an issue with one of my external SSDs where it wouldn't connect to my Mac and I had to run data recovery software on it. It was only from the last three resorts we visited in Florida, but that has been taking up a bunch of my time the last few days.

So, only perhaps one to three units per floor?
I would say most have two 2BR units on each floor with the top floor being one 2BR. There may be some other buildings that have more units on each floor, but it would not be more than three 2BR units per floor.

Here's a crude image taken with my drone (before they caught me). The photo is poor quality because it is just a screen shot from my laptop. The building you can see on the right has two 2BRs per floor and the one on the left has three 2BRs on floor one and two and then just two on the third floor. Each building is unique in its own way.
