Breckenridge Grand Resorts
Hi folks, I want to get out of my timeshares (yes, 2) at Breckenridge Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Does anyone have experience with resort deedbacks with BGV? How might I find the right person to speak to? How interesting are these weeks on the "resale for $1" market?

Depends on season and size you own. Ski season has a good resale value. Summer season is easy to give away. Spring/fall off-season may be difficult. What do you own?

I own:
- 1 BR, biennial odd floating WinterPlus
- suite, annual floating WinterPlus
So the high season for skiing, can't recall the dates offhand, but every other season is a downgrade.

There are valuable weeks. I own one, and I would happily add more. I will send you a PM.

Those are great deeds! You should have no problem selling them for a decent amount. Do a few searches and see what they are going for on the resale market; no reason to give those valuable weeks away for nothing!

As long as the OP has finished paying off the loan on it. Yes, shouldn't be a problem to get rid of. Nice resort, good weeks.

Unfortunately BGV will enforce the right of first refusal on Peak 7 or Peak 8. Most folks that own there and follow information on these resorts. Won’t exercise ROFR on Spring/Fall contract. Winter and Summer they exercise ROFR
If you give your contract to someone and you bought from BGV your owner benefits will transfer. BGV has someone who will do the transfer and the deed change. It used to cost 130.00.

Funny BGV won’t let people give their contracts back that is a different thing.

Does bgv enforce ROFR on grand timber lodge? I guess so.

Just curious... we are looking to book a Grand Lodge Peak 7 for 2027 ski season... We own Wyndham points.. anyone interested in a trade? 😊

There is a thread (in the pink area) of the Exchanging section where TUG members can trade with each other. You should post your request in there.
