Breckenridge Grand Lodge Peak 7

Does anyone have experience with selling or deedback of a summer week at Grand Lodge Peak 7 in Breckenridge CO? I can no longer use because of health reasons (it's 10,000 feet altitude). It's a biennial odd week and want to give it up before 2025. Beautiful vacation area and wonderful facility.

I've been trying to work with BGV for my week at peak 8. They absolutely refuse to do a deed take back or work with me in any way whatsoever. They referred me to some brokers who can "try to sell it" for me.

If your weeks are fully paid for (no loan payments), you should be able to find someone to transfer it to here on TUG. The summer season is beautiful in Breckenridge and both Peak 7 and Peak 8 have air-conditioning - a big plus these days with warmer days! For summer weeks, you're better off just listing it for free or very cheap on Redweek. Those are not in demand weeks at all.

I believe the summer weeks you can give away. The Spring/Fall weeks are very iffy. I love both resorts and summer is my jam.
