This past January, US Air had a Friday "direct" flight, which the airline industry defines as a flight that doesn't require a change of planes even though it might make a stop. However, it doesn't appear that US has such a flight on Fridays next January.
To get a nonstop, you'll have to fly on Saturday, although the fares for the nonstops are quite a bit higher than for connecting flights.
$410 is a good fare. I'm surprised that AA stopped the non-stop flights. My daughters flew from BOS non-stop this past January for abouot the same $400 fare. JetBlue used to have some non-stops to AUA, but I don't think you can book January yet.
