Last season was broadcast on Freevee, a solely owned Amazon streaming service.

There are two different versions of Bosch
The original Bosch was only on Amazon Prime
The new version is called Bosch Legacy There is one season released last year
The latest version is releasing trailers tonight on NFL game
This will be for season 2 of Bosch Legacy
The version Bosch Legacy is broadcast of Freevee only
The version Bosch is broadcast on Amazon Prime only
It is confusing, especially if a person is just catching up on seasons
Both versions are excellent IMHO

Bosch is rerunning on freevee. I am watching it now

I have a prime membership
I did not realize they had opened up Bosch to view with adds on Freevee

What is really strange is I watch it on freevee in living room and Amazon prime in my bedroom. I have similar disconnect with other streaming services

I use a Roku device on all my TV's
It makes it easier to keep everything working in the same manner
I really do not like adds in my streaming shows
I am unwilling to pay the premium for the add free subs as found with Hulu, Paramount, Peacock, etc.
I found a service that allows me to record TV shows and skip the adds
It is called PlayOn Home
It requires a subscription and setup, but I have used it for about 8 years now
I will record Bosch Legacy episodes and skip the multiple adds
Can not wait for the season to start
I would not want to be the guy that kidnapped Maddie when Bosch gets him/her

You must be watching reruns. There are 7 seasons of Bosch on Amazon Prime and one season of Bosch Legacy on Freevee. Nothing new has dropped on either of them. There was a promo dropped on the NFL last night for Bosch Legacy but no episodes released yet.

Just watched the trailer for Season 2 of Bosch Legacy
The trailer says the new season will premier on October 20 on Freevee

I finished Season 1, Bosch Legacy on FreeVee last night. However, I stayed up all night
to watch the entire season of 10 Episodes. The reason that I did this was because with Hotwire
and FreeVee I was not able to resume watching where I had left off (e.g., S1,Episode 8) but FreeVee
Would revert back to Episode 2 and I would have to rewatch all those previous episodes before I could
watch Episode 8 and if I stopped watching after Episode 8, when I resumed watching again, I would have
to start again at Episode 2. Since I did not want to do that, I had to do a marathon Binge Watching session
To get it all in without multiple repeats. Also, to bring up Bosch Legacy as a choice to view, I had to use the
Microphone Function to get Bosch Legacy to appear on the TV Screen as a choice to watch - it did not come
Up automatically.

Now it is on to Season 2, Bosch. Legacy which begins on FreeVee on October 20, 2023.

Yes, the first two episodes are available for streaming now
I am recording the episodes so I can fast forward through the commercials
I am not in a situation where I can watch them until this evening

I use a software service called PlayOn Cloud
I have used this service since 2014
Back when the streaming services would not allow a person to download a program
The service has an app for IOS
I prepay for recordings at about 15 cents each
The service has a variety of streaming services I can record from
Some are free, like Roku and Tubi
There are paid services like Netflix, Max, Amazon Prime
I download the show to my laptop, I have a server set up to broadcast to each TV in the house
I can then control the broadcast, fast forward through commercials, watch it on the laptop or Ipad
It is not as complex as it sounds, especially if you just want to watch on your Ipad
