Since our initial resale purchase, I've booked every reservation for my wife and myself. Next month, she's going to Vegas with some friends and wants to book a condo... But she doesn't have an HGVC account online. She is co-owner of our hgv deed poperties (listed on the hgv account information page), so I figured it shouldn't be a problem if I'm not there for check-in.

Hgv customer service is closed today, so I'm curious if anyone knows if she'll have a problem checking into the room by herself if it's under my name?

Thanks! Just noticed exactly what you pointed out on the half dozen or so bookings we've made over the last year and a half of stays. She's on all of them.

Appreciate the fast response.

Similar question, booking my daughter again at HCNY, she is NOT on the deed. Last time we had an issue at check-in, they said I needed to pay some kind of additional fee ($50?) since she was technically a "guest". It was waived at check in after some back and forth but I was under them impression there were no guest fees for bHC members, is this correct?

If you aren't on the deed, then you need a guest certificate to check in and, unless, you are Max or Elite Premier, then you have to buy them

If she is on the ownership that is fine. We have run into some issues recently where the front desk only saw my DHs name but you need to tell them to look it up on either a later page on the front desk system or in the back office. Hassle but they figure it out.

Yes, and this is not waived for bHC without the above elite levels. All Inclusive only goes so far on the litany of HGVC fees.

Cheers.
