Bonnet Creek with RCI Points

Is it possible to get a week at Bonnet Creek using RCI points or is it a long shot? I put in an ongoing search/request for Memorial Day weekend (2022) and the following week and am just wondering what my chances are. I only need a studio or 1 BR. Thanks!
 
Wyndham tends to deposit resorts monthly 7-8 months prior to use. Some resorts do have May inventory on deposit. They seem to have changed their pattern recently and Bonnet has not been in the last several cycles, dating back at least to the March deposit (I was looking for that one.)

I don’t think it’s impossible but I’d definitely have a backup plan.

I have found that patterns are all over the place for their system. Look frequently and set up an OGS. Both have worked for me.
 
The smallest unit at Bonnet Creek is a one bedroom deluxe unit.

A couple of years ago I found us the week ending in Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. But it was kind of a last minute find., as in a month or less of the check in date.

I remember someone stating here on TUG that On Going Searches in RCI Points do not really work. Can someone confirm this?

This is right. The patterns almost isn’t a pattern anymore. For example a lot of resorts just skipped the summer months in terms of deposits. I still haven’t seen a Bonnet week in RCI past this February. To be fair I haven’t been looking that closely, but I’m also not the only one looking.
 
If you look every day and are flexible with dates you will land a week.

I think that 2BR units are actually easier to land, so you might want to search for those as well to increase your odds.

Ongoing searches in RCI are only for weeks. For points, you have to look.
