Boca, what do you think of the resort in Boyne, MI?

My sister's sister-in-law wants to sell her 15,000 points at that resort and was wondering what they are worth and how hard it would be to sell. I thought it would go for about 30 cents a point, just a guess on my part, but my sister never got back to me about it.

I am sure her sis-in-law was disappointed in my answer, but what the heck, I calls 'em like I sees 'em.
