Bluegreen Points - Free Closing Costs + $500 bonus to buyer at closing, 15,500 points available now and another 24,000 in 2025

I have two Bluegreen contracts to transfer to anyone who wants them. Have owned over 20 years, but we got divorced and neither of us wants the timeshare any more. Both are paid off, have points ready to use, and maintenance fees were just paid. Seller will pay transfer fee.

Contract 1: 13,000 points Every Other Year (earn odd years)
Resort: Solara Surfside
Unit 601 Y (Friday-Sunday), Week 42 E
Next Earn Date: 13,000 points on June 1, 2025
Points available to use now: 6,500 (expire 6/1/25, can be saved)
No mortgage - paid in full
2024 Maintenance fees paid! Next due date for maintenance fees is June 15th 2025!

Annual Fees for Trust Fund E (in 2024) are $640.25 = 13,000 x $0.04925. Add $373 ONLY IF you do not already own points in Trust Fund E. Add $179 Club Dues ONLY IF you do not already own any BG points. Again, this is for 2024.

Account 2: 9,000 points annual
Resort: Daytona Seabreeze
Unit 607, Week 7
Next Earn Date: 9,000 points on 2/1/2025
Points available to use now: 9,000 (expire 1/31/25, can be saved)
No mortgage - paid in full
2024 Maintenance fees paid! Next due date for maintenance fees is June 15th 2025!

Annual Fees for 2024: $886.50 = 9,000 x $0.0985.

Total Annual Fees $886.50 + $640.25 = $1526.75 for 2024 (if you already own Bluegreen points in Trust Fund E)

To improve the offer, the seller will also pay $500 towards 2025 maintenance fees upon successful transfer.
