13 month wait list does not transfer to new owner/resale owner.
All point reservations are made at 11months out for all owners.

PUP reservations can be made at 13-11 month one day out or else points can be used at any BG resort.
I generally make my PUPs at the 12 month mark so I don’t forget.

All sale contracts are submitted to BG who has 30 business days to decide ROFR
