curious which if any locations offer 4br or larger? (even if its a 2br lockout)?

have not visited in many moons! recall grand desert had 3brs....anything bigger?

Westgate Las Vegas has four bedroom units. Though not sure how easy they are to get. Perhaps it depends on the method of booking.

excellent..ty!

is the grand desert 4br new? I actually stayed there years ago and could have sworn a 3br was the largest!

guessing the westgate is out given that SEMA is during the week I want to book and its in that convention center.

I don't have any proof, but by looking at the resort map I think the 4 bedrooms might be in the 3rd tower. I'm sure someone who has stayed in one will confirm which tower.

you probably arent wrong! it may be some sort of unobtanium type unit.

The Wyndham 4 bedroom units are very popular, but not difficult for owners to book a week at 13 months, or partial weeks later.

Desert Blue 4 bedrooms are booked until January, 2026. Some scattered availability at Grand Desert:

Elera”s 4 bedroom units aren’t to difficult to reserve. They’re broken down into a 2 bedroom unit, a junior suite (small one bedroom unit and a studio unit. We recently stayed in the three bedroom portion, using the junior suite lock off for friends of ours traveling with us.
The reality of those units would be they’re only good if you have a large group traveling together but need a little separation. Either that or you just wanted one deed but the ability to trade up to three individual units.

this would be for a rental vs a purchase.

i note that week of SEMA is already reserved...should have looked into this sooner!

Grandview may be easy 2 get two 2 bedrooms across the hall from each other?
id not be against that but what are the legitimate chances of securing adjoining rooms? ive never been able to make that happen in the past.

Id call and ask the resort. Ive heard other people with family reunions and large groups have like their own wing on a floor and they booked via RCI.
