Best way to rent Bonnet Creek?

Usually we help my BIL and his family find a Marriott in Orlando but we don't have any weeks to share this coming year. I am thinking Bonnet Creek is a good fit for their family of 6, but have never rented there. Is Redweek best or is there another source? They have specific dates in October they need. TIA!

RedWeek.com is as reliable and risk-free as any listing site. If the dates and price are right, go for it.

An alternative approach would be to wait until two months before the desired check-in date and see if prices drop as owners book at a discount and perhaps, an upgrade. This approach clearly puts at risk getting what you want.

Would Go-Koala be a good place to look? I have not compared prices at that site with RedWeek, but I would think other people have.

There are a lot of places out there that you can rent Wyndham Bonnet Creek. There is also a thread on DIS Boards dedicated to the resort. Places like Redweek, go-koala, Vacation Strategy and I am sure many others. You will pay a premium to book early and the supply out there is now far less than it was in the past with the new owner only restrictions. The days of cheap rentals at Wyndham Bonnet Creek are behind us.

Another option is to wait for II getaway inventory to show up. October usually won't show getaway availability until later. For some reason II thinks October is a peak time for Orlando with Epcot Food & Wine. They usually relent at some points and drop getaway inventory.

Sure! eBay is another possibility but entails an additional element of risk. Craig's List is much riskier.

I second waiting for an Interval getaway to show up for Marriott or Sheraton.

*shrug, ive rented at bonnet creek personally the last 2 or 3 years right off the TUG last minute rentals section.
