Hello Tuggers,
Decided to use my II AC for an end of January trip with the kids. Aiming for Florida and Orlando seems to have the most options (of course will take the beach if something good shows up).

I have only stayed at Marriott Cypress Harbor. Any recommendations for kids 8 and below?

The following are showing up consistently with the AC.

Marriott Grande vista (MGR and MGV)
Marriott Cypress Harbour
Sheraton Vistana Villages (SVV)
Marriott Harbour Lake
Sheraton Vistana Resort (VIT)
Some Hiltons and Westgates are also available.

Thanks

With kids that age, I would definitely head for Grande Vista or Harbour Lake. The Vistana and Hiltons seemed geared towards older ages to me, but the Vistanas do have planned activities.

Grande Vista is the best for kids.

For kids aged 8 and below, I would recommend Harbour Lake. Second would probably be Grande Vista. Sheraton Vistana Resort can also be great too.

I also like grande and HL. Both very nice-grande a bit fancier. HL has a smaller footprint. Grande more pools. We ask for a room near the pool at HL. Hgvc, also very nice, will have a $25+ daily resort fee-so I’d pass on those.

I forgot to add: does these other resorts have mosquito (bug) nets? Cypress Harbour had nets on all their units.

You mean screened balconies? Many of the balconies at Grande Vista have them, but not all. Sheraton Vistana Villages and Resort all have screened balconies.
