I apologize if this has been asked before, but I could not find anything in the search.

I am looking to possibly purchase a resale timeshare, but wanted to get opinions on which to buy that has the least restrictions because it is a resale.

Just dumped Wyndham resale because of being nickel and dimed to death, which is why I am asking the question.

How does Wyndham nickel and dime you to death? At least in my experience with Wyndham, they don't charge you anything beyond the MF until you run out of HK credits - which you won't if you do 7 day bookings. HGVC for instance charges a booking fee every time you book, and it keeps going up.

Yeah it really depends on how you want to use your timeshare. If you plan to use it as a cheap hotel room, likely not a good idea until you reach some status. If you just like the location or resort and use the home resort every year, no system is giving you too much trouble.

One of the best perks, if you can take advantage of, would be a resort that has free usage. Meaning you can use the facilities of the resort, pools, gym equipment, beach access etc…. Anytime during the year as long as your mf’s are up to date.
