Hi - I am renting out my unit in Maui for President’s day week. Someone reached out from Bellani Vacations to rent for their client. Have any of you heard of them?

Where did you list your rental and how long was it after you listed that they contacted you? In my experience I usually get half a dozen of these types of request just after listing and not one of them has ever come to anything. I can't recall if Bellani are one of the ones who have contacted me.

I listed it on redweek about a month ago and they reached out today saying they have a client they want to rent it for but they want to use their contract. I asked to see their contract but haven’t heard back yet.
