I’ve looked into and done my fair share of research on the underlying company that this seller (Ariana Menjivar, Manager) represents known as, Global Title Group out of Conroe, Texas, and nothing checks out. (Not even BBB). I’ve tried getting an estoppel from this seller and nothing. I can’t personally say I’ve done business directly with this person, but I would proceed with caution. If you have more information you would like to add regarding this seller, by all means provide your input.

I am going thru a process with then now , let you know how it goes.

The risk is low for me , didn't pay much for the vacation village.

Let you know how it goes.

I think you’ll be fine. They’ve been pretty steady on eBay lately.

I just won an auction by the seller. Anyone had recent experience with this seller?

I have done 2 transactions and haven’t had any issues. Latest is waiting for MVC to update our account.

I just bought from timesharediscounts but no 2 behind the name. Same company? I have had personal phone calls from the closing agent, whose name is Rhonda. Is that the same closing agent?

My transaction went fine. It was a Sheraton Mountain Vista winter week. The timeshare just got transferred to me a couple days ago but it took Vistana 60 days to transfer it once they received it. Rhonda Reynolds was the closing agent and got the new deed recorded quickly and sent it off to Vistana. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I am going thru the process with Isela Menjivar and Doug Menjivar. Global Title Group LLC.

I've bought several timeshares from Doug and never had a problem. Please let us know how it goes but I think they'll take good care of you.

I posted in the other thread, but I bought 2 contracts from him off of eBay. Both went fine. Communication was good, his staff responded promptly to my inquiries (Wyndham takes forever to transfer), and I would definitely use him again.

If I am not mistaken I believe that they work out of Canada. Can anyone confirm this?

.
The closing company/people they used were based out of Texas. At least, that’s where I had to mail my closing docs to. Edit: just double checked, and all correspondance had a signature line with an address in Conroe Texas, and a phone number with an area code that comes back to Texas. Both for the closing people and Menjivar.

I just did a purchase with them. No issues, other than the extreme slowness of Wyndham doing the transfer, but that is not the seller's problem.

Did you mail your funds to Canada or the USA.....?

.
I paid by credit card and did that piece of it over email by signing the contract, including my credit card number, and emailing it back to them. The closing docs were later physically mailed to Texas.

I purchased my Canterbury contract from them, got that for a screaming hot deal at less than closing costs, and one of my other ones as well, I think one of my Bonnet Creek contracts.
