Banking Weeks?

I did a search, and I apologize if I somehow missed it. I'm trying to bank my week (Kaanapali Beach Club -- owner since it was Sunterra) and can't figure out how to do it on the website. We've always used our weeks or traded within the Diamond system, so I haven't needed to do this before. Can someone instruct me regarding how to bank the week?

*Found out the answer. You have to call 1-800-463-7256*
