Thanks for sharing this information Richard. We had a concert here in Las Vegas cancelled a couple of weeks ago and based on what I read we should receive a full refund. However, it was to take about one month to process. I am hoping to receive it by later this week, but hopefully that happens. We will see.

I am happy to report that we just received a full refund for tickets to a concert that cancelled in late March. It took a bit longer than a month to hit our account, but at least it happened.

I hope this only applies to new ticket sales. I am awaiting a refund for a cancelled show, however TM portal still says we will expect a refund in 30 days. I took a screen capture with the refund and cancellation notice so we can file a dispute with the credit card in case they don't follow through.
