Anyone ever work with them to rent from them or to rent to them?

I've never worked with them but talked to the owner of this site late last year. He owns a lot of the weeks listed on the site (mainly Sheraton Desert Oasis) and also rents weeks for others for a fee. I don't know him and only talked to him once but my read is that he is legit and he knows what he's doing. He's been doing this a while and should be able to provide some references of customers who have rented from him in the past.

I'm own [a similar company] and Duayne Dovich, the owner of AZ Timeshare Rentals is as honest as they come. Several years ago, I had to let my rental agent go and couldn't find a replacement in time to handle the upcoming season. I had known Duayne for several years already, and turned all of my rental business over to him. I don't know of anyone who does a better job for owners, and he can be thoroughly trusted if you are considering booking a rental through him. :cheer:

Thanks for all the positive feedback! They had contacted me about a week I had available and I'd never heard of them. Looks like we have ourselves a deal! First week of 2010 rented! :whoopie:

Don't worry Judy - while you can't - others can... and have - I realize that you weren't trying to promote your business and was merely trying to assure someone who were inquiring about another's business that you have no part of. However, you are allowed to have a link at the bottom with your signature (like my FaceBook link) as long as it does not state specifically what it is - like others have... (TUG rules at times seem to be a bit absurd, but they are there to protect ourselves from ourselves... :D )

DeniseM is the best Moderator of them all (and her SVO ownership is only a small percentage of her TS ownership - yet she still stays with us and has a tough job at times - one that I would never want - and why we love her) - and is just following the rules set-out (as strange as they may seem at time...) and deals with my crap all the time :hi:

IMO IMO IMO (only...)

I rented my 2009 SDO spring training weeks to Duayne early this year.

My asking price was way lower that what he lists the units for, but he paid me upfront and it was his risk if he could rent the weeks out, so I was happy!

We signed rental agreement, he paid via PayPal without any hassle.

David - thank you for making that suggestion and thank you for your kind words! ;)

David is absolutely right - you can add a link to your signature by going to your user profile (user CP in blue bar, then "edit signature") and following the directions there. You may post a link to your website, as long as you keep the name of the link generic - like "my webpage," "my website," etc.
