The full cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The cottage can be separated into a 2 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit by lock-off. Each of these has a full kitchen which includes all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range Location is ideal as it’s directly beside Water Country U.S.A.. Busch Gardens Virginia is less than 15 minutes away. Golf courses are abundant as is plenty of shopping including outlets. Virginia Beach is one hour away. The 3 bedroom cottage is available in odd-numbered years, but the ability to split the cottage into the separate units can facilitate every year usage. https://www.kingscreekplantation.com/the-cottages/

You'll want to include more information.
Usage (annual, EOY, etc.)?
Week/season?
Annual maintenance fees?
Which exchange(s) does it trade on, if any?
Idea of transfer fees?
It should be if you're selling, but confirm that there is no lien on the deed.
