I had to call Wyndham regarding a recent purchase because the agreed amount points were not there. They did the audit and confirmed the points and corrected it.
What wasn’t stated in purchasing was housekeeping credits, I assumed the credits would transfer over but agent is stating only points will transfer over. Is this correct?

I would be happy the points transferred and call it a win.

I would want the housekeeping credits. Thankfully, when I purchased my resale, the VIP benefits were still being given to all points in the account, so it didn't matter to me (so I don't have a good answer for you). Anyone with resale only should be able to speak to this?

I had a resale contract transfer into my account a few months ago and they gave me the appropriate housekeeping credits with the points.

I will try and call again to see if they would move one HK. Would not be worth trying to use the points this year without it. If anything I would just move them to RCI end of the year.

You can also see if they might be willing to move the points to next use year. Since you have to pay for that, maybe it would make that kind of transfer more palatable to them

My resale contract that I began the process of buying in December transferred into my account today. 6 additional HK's and RT's transferred in, but zero current use year points.

I will be calling owner care tomorrow to try to fix this.

My timeline:
Won auction 12/9
Paid and completed all requested paperwork 12/11
Deed finally recorded 4/9
Transfer paperwork transitted to Wyndham 4/10
Contract transferred into my account 5/3 (yes, on a SUNDAY!)

However no current use year points... those of you who have had to fight this fight, what did you do to fix it? @Danlop88

I would ask the seller to check their transaction log. My guess is they have an entry showing the points leaving their account. I would ask for a screenshot and send all your info on to michael brown's office. My money's on Wyndham taketh but has not given them to you and I bet a little more followup will take care of things. You might give it a few days first?

I called owner care this morning and have a "case" opened with them.

I'm not sure if the original owner can even still log into their account but that's a good idea.

I'm trying to let owner care do the right thing and fix this, but if I have to go above them. I will. What's Michael Brown's email?

Other times I have bought resale, I got the points, one time it was in late July, so I had to scramble to use them, but I have many months left in this use year and will definitely use them...
