Atrium Resort - Annual 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4. Unit 0113. Week 47. Friday Check in. Thanksgiving Week. Annual Fees of $658. Usage begins in 2019.

Ocean Beach Club - Annual 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Sleeps 6. West Caribbean Unit (City View). Fixed Week 38. Friday, Saturday, Sunday Check-in. Around September 20th. Annual Fees of $1,060. Usage begins in 2019.

All closing and transfer paid. Buyer takes over maintenance fees in 2019.
