Atlantis - Phase 1 or phase 2 difference

Looking at reserving (using star options) Atlantis for next April. Phase 1 and phase 2 are both available. What is the difference, if any?

also, is April shoulder season? What’s weather like during April?

I'd request building 1 with a marina view, high floor. Building 7 might also have some decent views, but it's not as close to the pool.

I own a 1 bedroom in phase one and the marina view is quite lovely .
