I need to clarify this, from previous thread.....

There are 2 units available which can be combined to make 2 bedroom lockoff....

1. Standard one bedroom. Platinum season. can be converted to 44,000 options or 93,000 bonvoy points. HOA = 1741.49 , annual usage, HOA paid 2020. unit is booked for 2020.
2. Premium one bedroom. Platinum season. can be converted to 51,700 options or 108,000 bonvoy points. HOA = 1975.15, annual usage, HOA paid 2020. unit is booked for 2020.

b/c units are booked for 2020, message me for incentives to sell

Nice offer. Note that because it is a resale transaction, buyers are not eligible for the Bonvoy points conversion. But as a mandatory VSE property, the staroptions to use the points at other VSE properties are still available to buyers.

Are these on two separate deeds or is it deeded a 2 bedroom lockoff? I believe if it’s a two bedroom lockoff then it can only be sold as so. If you have two separate deeds then there is no guarantee it will be a lockoff even if it’s booked on the same week unless it’s booked as a two bedroom lockoff.

also consider if it’s two separate deeds, there will be separate closing costs for both.
