I just got off the phone with my Marriott rep. I asked her if there were any limits on floatation devise sizes for the lazy river. She put me on hold and called the resort and then told me there were no size limits. This doesn't sound right as I thought that they had done away with the big rafts a couple of years ago.

We want to save some money by bringing our own floats and then leave them there for some other family to use. Any thoughts or first-hand knowledge on size limitations would be appreciated.

When we were there in May, it didn't appear to be any size restrictions in place for floats.

There is a non-enforced restriction. Most people use tubes, noodles or recliner seats. Occasionally there are lounges used, but they do exceed the requested size limits.

Have a great trip!!

Thank You !

Take a look at this thread from last year. I do recall the sign at the hut saying 36" and noodles permitted. But like I said that was "last year" it may have changed.

Thanks everyone for all the info. I had read the quote noted above a couple of weeks ago and that is what got me questioning actual float sizes. Unless I hear anything different, I will plan on taking whatever size is on sale at Walmart before I leave to visit the "One Happy Island" :whoopie:
