Aruba Ocean Club

I was looking on ebay and there is a Marriott Ocean Club listed for sale, as a "Right to Use" until 2056. Is all of Aruba sold as "right to use"?

Yes because the land is leased from the government. If they decide not to renew the lease then there is an appraisal process and they buy us out. Not likely that they would do that so I expect that the land leases will be renewed.
