aruba car rental - bidding through Priceline

Hi. I'm leaving for Aruba on Monday for a week. I have reserved a car through Carrentals.com, Avis, for a total amount of $244. I tried to bid for a rental car through Priceline, but the bid didn't go through. Can you bid on rental cars on Priceline in Aruba? Also, is the Avis car rental in Aruba at the terminal at the Airport? Thanks! Judy
 
If your bid isn't accepted (too low) it won't go through - just bid again $1 or so higher and gradually work your way up.
 
I can't even get to the point where I can bid. (I probably didn't explain the situation very well.) I'm wondering if it's even possible to bid on rental cars in Aruba through Priceline.
