Located on the incredibly beautiful white sand beaches of the Florida panhandle, this one bedroom, two bath Gulf Front condo is right on the beach and overlooking the amazing water of the Gulf!
Great resort with an indoor heated pool, whirlpool & sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue grills, picnic tables, beach volleyball, and a roof top observation deck on the sixteenth floor with awesome views. The building has two Elevators. Cable TV and Wifi Internet are provided. Nonsmoking property and rooms. Smoking only in designated areas.
This townhouse design faces the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. That floor is accessible either by an outside entry door on the street side or the spiral staircase inside the unit. The living room, kitchen and second bath are downstairs on the beach level. The living room includes sliding glass doors out to the front patio which faces the beach. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a dining area, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Enjoy your morning coffee from your patio that overlooks the Gulf!
The area has easy access to popular restaurants and shopping in Panama City Beach. There are many exciting activities available close by. A visit to Saint Andrews State Park is an absolute sightseeing must! You can schedule a dolphin tour, rent a pontoon boat, go fishing or swimming or just walk the beaches and the long piers to enjoy the fresh air.
Off street parking is included for one car. Check-in after 4 pm/check-out by 10 am. Sorry no pets allowed. Smoking only in designated areas. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, or motor homes are allowed on property due to limited parking space. Overflow parking, across the street, for a second vehicle is only $6 a day.
