My offer on a resale timeshare was accepted and the agent is starting up the process.

Anything that I should keep in mind as I go through the process?

If you’re buying a Hawaii week, have the contract include week 51 or 52 2025 reservation if it’s available.

Thanks, I did have them specify that and they verified that it has Christmas week reserved and will still have it with the deed transfer.

Don’t forget the account activation fee, I paid 650, which was crazy since the title company said I already owned, did not owe it. HGVC said any new contract pays.
