Anyone use mytimesharevacations.com to rent a Royal Resort?

I am thinking of paying $15/yr. to rent out my 2 Royal Mayans (And yes I use TUG too). Has anyone used this website with success? If you are a member, do you recommend it? Thanks.

I have used this site to rent from other owners a few times. The site is very user friendly. I've been happy with it because I find actual owners to rent from instead of people trying to rent exchanges.

We just bought a week 13 in February. I knew we couldn't use it this year because we were going to Cancun in February. I placed an ad on mytimesharevacations while I was going through closing. I rented it to a non-owner before closing was completed. This is the first time I have ever rented one of my units to someone else.

Week 13

Can I ask what you paid for your week 13, which resort, is it beachfront and how you found it ie on Tug, redweek, or though the royals resale?
