Anyone use Global Resorts Network?

I was introduced by a friend to the website of Global Resorts Network but he has not used his membership. It appears to be a travel "club" a little like RCI offering 5,000 travel locations and a whole lot "more" for a membership fee of $$$ and then $300-$700 for a week of vacation, without annual maintenance fee.

I am naturally suspicious and interested in other people's actual experience.
