Anyone taking Collagen and/or Colostrum

Considering these supplementals and wondered what the Pros or Cons would be?
I've been using a meal replacement shake product about 3 months now, for weight loss and lowering A1C / Glucose. I've added the collagen product, have not noticed a con but I've read once you start you have to stay on it for the benefits like joint health. I've lost 13 pounds so far and Glucose dropped 15 points.

Are you using the Collagen only or other 310 products?

I am also using the AIO shake mixes and peanut butter powder. I have a shake for breakfast and dinner, only eat one lunch meal a day.

Favorite flavors are:
Vanilla Creme.
Horchata.
Caramel Sundae.

Breakfast is unsweetened 1cup almond milk, 1 cup cheerios, 1cup cold decaf coffee, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 scoop shake powder, 1/2 scoop peanut powder.

Dinner I use frozen veggie mix (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) instead of fruit and Cheerios.

Collagen I drink mixed in hot water, the hibiscus berry flavor, like herbal tea.

I'm eliminating sugar and caffeine as much as possible.
