Considering these supplementals and wondered what the Pros or Cons would be?
I've been using a meal replacement shake product about 3 months now, for weight loss and lowering A1C / Glucose. I've added the collagen product, have not noticed a con but I've read once you start you have to stay on it for the benefits like joint health. I've lost 13 pounds so far and Glucose dropped 15 points.Considering these supplementals and wondered what the Pros or Cons would be?

I am also using the AIO shake mixes and peanut butter powder. I have a shake for breakfast and dinner, only eat one lunch meal a day.Are you using the Collagen only or other 310 products?
