I'm a little confused...This resort looks fantastic on their web site. It is available in Aug. on extras for $4000- $5000 for a 2 bed. The reviews on trip advisor are ALL terrible. I can't find reviews on TUG.

If you have been there please let me know about how it is. There is a "sale" tomorrow on RCI and if it's a good one and includes this resort I may grab it.
Thanks!!

Are you sure the name is right???

I am not aware of any timeshare facility in Hyannis named "Cape Codder".
To the best of my knowledge, the (only) three RCI affiliated timeshare facilities located in Hyannis are Cape Winds Resort, Courtyard Resort and James Stephen Resort Village.

Is the "Cape Codder" perhaps actually a motel facility, with some sort of "arrangement" with RCI for rentals?

Hi there!

I just looked it up again and its The Cape Codder Resort, Hayannis, Ma.#R612.

Its so bizzare, the web site boasts incredible 2 bedroom suites that go for $850 a night (on the web site), even a pillow menu!! But it sounds like a complete hole according to trip advisor. I wonder if there is a hotel part and a timeshare residence part????
I hope someone has heard of it.

Hi Lobster

The Cape Codder is a former Sheraton Hotel right near downtown Hyannis. They have several restaurants, a very nice spa and an indoor water park. They have converted some units to quartershare and it sounds like you're talking one of those suites. There is a mixture of motel rooms and converted suites. Very popular with families. I haven't been in any of the units so I can't comment on them but the Hearth and Kettle on site has GREAT breakfasts!
